Relaxation Drinks - MiniChill Review

(New York, NY) Feb. 12, 2010 - One year ago today no one had heard of so-called relaxation drinks, but today the market is flooded with literally dozens of brands. Many have jumped on the relaxation bandwagon and the jury is out on which will come out on top. Mini Chill is one relaxation shot that took the high road from day one, recruiting the expertise of Dr. Benjamin S. Weeks, a nutriceutical expert at Adelphi University and making sure that Mini Chill is the safest and most effective drink of it's kind.

Dr. Weeks took these efforts one-step further. He conducted clinical trials of the drink, and had those findings published in a peer-reviewed manuscript.

"I knew when we finished formulating Relarian (the patent pending effective blend in Mini Chill) that it worked to cause relaxation and focus. The next step was conducting trials and submitting my findings to the peer-reviewed process. It's uncommon in the food and beverage world, but it is the only way to establish your findings as scientific fact. "

The clinical trials, conducted on 60 healthy adults, found that 51 of them experienced increased relaxation and improved mental focus. This research was submitted to The Medical Science Monitor, whose international board of scientists and physicians signed off that the findings were accurate. These findings were then published in the December 2009 issue of the Medical Science Monitor.

Such scientific proof of efficacy is important to a relaxation drink, especially when some of Mini Chill's competitors are getting bad press for using dangerous ingredients like the sleep hormone, melatonin. In a recent New York Daily News article, Dr. Charles Czeisler of Harvard Medical School was quoted as saying, "Melatonin is a hormone, (Hormones) should not be put in beverages, since the amount people drink often depends on thirst and taste rather than being taken only when needed like any other drug."

Since the brand's inception, Mini Chill was never intended to induce sleep, according to Mini Chill founder Steven Panzella, "When I had the idea for Mini Chill, I wanted to make something I could take at work and not have to worry about it interfering with my responsibilities." It's for this reason that Panzella and Dr. Weeks decided to include L-Theanine, a focus promoting amino acid in Mini Chill.

The clinical trials and peer-reviewed process seem to have paid off for Mini Chill and it's creators. While it seems none of their competitors are immune to the criticism of media outlets calling their brands and products irresponsible or even dangerous, Mini Chill is unscathed by negative press.

Relaxation Drinks - - Mini Chill

Minichill Relaxation Drink,

I recieved some free samples of those so-called relaxation drinks a week ago and I have to admit, it I've been putting off reviewing them. I swear, tho, it's not laziness this time. I just do not wish to get something during the workday that's going to knock me out, and my first impression was that these drinks had been created for that extremely objective. The drinks I recieved had been Mini Chill, Drank, and IChill. Dependent on packaging alone, MiniChill looks safe but the other two are questionable. My motivation wasn't helped at all, when an article through the Every day News came out last weekend saying that some of those drinks include extremely higher levels of a sleep hormone known as melatonin. Drank and IChill had been both listed in the post, but there was no mention of MiniChill. According to the post, IChill has 50 instances your body's normal level of melatonin. Needless to say, IChill went straight into the trash. I did some of my personal research into Mini Chill and noticed that it had no melatonin or any other sleep-aids for that matter.

Digging a little bit deeper I discovered out that Mini Chill is created by some sort of doctor and that it has been via clinical trials. Apparently it is more of the daytime drink, as one of the amino's in it's for focus and their site recommend using it at function. It has a patent pending blend called Relarian made up of herbs and aminos to help you relax and concentrate but prior to I was going to get it during the day I researched all of the ingredients to discover out if they had been becoming completely truthful about their outcomes. The components of Relarian are Valerian, GABA, L-Theanine and 5-HTP and in independant web searches for their purposes, I discovered nothing to contradict what was claimed for the Minuscule Chill website and no poor press so I decided Mini Chill was secure for me to test drive at work. Searching into Drank I noticed that it had reduce melatonin than IChill, but still a higher amount. Their website is mostly hip hop endorsements and flashy videos so i really didn't have something to compare it to. I decided to try this one out at night if whatsoever.

I drank the Mini Chill at work the next time correct following the 10am meeting when I had a large pile of work to do prior to lunch. And... IT WORKED! It didn't mess me up like a xanax, but I felt a substantial reduction in stress. I just obtained started out on my pile of work and burned via it with out obtaining worked up or stressed out. I was surprised at how focused I had been and wondered if it could possibly be from the L-Theanine or just a coincidence. I'm no sure but for whatever purpose, I was far much more focused than usual. As for the stress relief, I can't really describe the presence of a fresh feeling, it is more like the absence of 1.I was simply not stressed out by my function and far much less annoyed by interruptions or obsticles. The experiencing faded away in a few hours without a crash, I drank another one to wrap up the day and it worked a similar as before. MiniChill definitely gets my stamp of approval.

When I obtained home from work at 6 I tried the Drank. Now that, I felt the effect of immediately. Wherever I had still had some power, I was suddenly super tired. I lay down on the couch to take a fast nap before dinner, and I ended up sleeping a full 8 hours hahaha. I guess like a sleep aid it works, but in my case I ended up waking up at 4am and my entire sleep cycle was thrown away for 3 days. I do not think I'll be attempting Drank again any time soon.

As for that Mini Chill? This stuff truly works and I'm comfortable recommending it to readers. If you need a little dose of tension release during the time, give MiniChill a shot. If you have to tranquilize a disgruntled mammal, use Drank or IChill
So far everyone I have spoken to recommends
Mini Chill

Relaxation Drinks - like iChill that are fake

All Relaxation Drinks with Melatonin may be Hazardous,

Recently an article was released discussing about Relaxation Drinks. You may, or may not know, there are many different relaxation drinks on the market

I think it was definitely an interesting readsince I perceive many respectable scientists suspected this. All of the drinks except MiniChill have Melatonin

Melatonin? How is relaxing the same as sleeping? Really? Sleeping should never be equated the same as falling asleep.Companies like Ichill should rename their product Isnore.

I used Ichill and just got knocked out. I didn't realize relaxing was the same as sleeping?

I tried this product called Mini Chill, and first of all it has NO Melatonin! and yes, let us not forget, it's a relaxation drink among relaxation drinks. I wish I could hear what the article writer would have to say about Mini Chill. Benjamin Weeks.
Link to the article he published
There is one more publishing in regards to this, but I just can't seem to find it. I am sure if you googled it

In summation the issue really is our U.S. You should look at what the product really is. The only product I see that is crushing is minichill. Is comatose the same as relaxing?

The best thing we can do right now is be better consumers By being better consumers, we can decide to not purchase goods from companies who do not make products carefully

In fact, I believe we should reward corporations like Mini Chill for for having done a proper scientific study on it's relaxation drink MiniChill is the only company that has doctor verified results backing it - something no other corporation can claim.

I think that Mini Chill is really on to something.
